(the “Company”) when accessing LocalWorks as a member at one of our physical locations or online in our portal, or in any other format (the “Service”).

By accessing the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not want the Company to collect and use your personally identifying information, then do not use the Service.


The Company collects Information about you and the organizations you represent. This information is collected when you use, register, subscribe, purchase, or otherwise sign up for the Service. Information collected may include (but is not limited to) your name, mailing address, phone number(s), email address, company or organization, financial information, demographic information, and more.

Even if you register for only the Service, your Information will be known to the Company if you access (or attempt to access) another Services of the Company (see “Cookies,” below). LocalWorks is a membership service that requires payment. Financial information, such as credit card information, is used primarily to verify credit and collect payments for purchases, orders, and registrations. The Company uses a third party to process credit card transactions, and does not store financial information on its Web site.


In the event that the Company and/or LocalWorks are sold or transferred, all Information and data — including personally identifying information — will be transferred to the new owner.


The Company may also use or disclose personally identifying information if the disclosure is reasonably necessary to satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, or enforcement requests; to enforce agreements with users; to address fraud or security issues; or to protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of the Company, its employees, partners or customers.


The Company takes commercially reasonable precautions to protect your Information. Always be careful when entering financial or personal information, and never share passwords.
