(the “Company”) when accessing LocalWorks as a member at one of our physical locations or online in our portal, or in any other format (the “Service”).

Even if you register for only the Service, your Information will be known to the Company if you access (or attempt to access) another Services of the Company (see “Cookies,” below). If you become a Member, or if you sign up on our website for the Company to contact you or to take a tour of our location(s), you will be required to enter your mobile telephone number and to allow us to contact you using that number via phone or SMS. LocalWorks is a membership service that requires payment. Financial information, such as credit card information, is used primarily to verify credit and collect payments for purchases, orders, and registrations. The Company uses a third party to process credit card transactions, and does not store financial information on its Web site.

TRANSFER



In the event that the Company and/or LocalWorks are sold or transferred, all Information and data — including personally identifying information — will be transferred to the new owner.

The Company may also use or disclose personally identifying information if the disclosure is reasonably necessary to satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, or enforcement requests; to enforce agreements with users; to address fraud or security issues; or to protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of the Company, its employees, partners or customers.
