LocalWorks operates shared office locations – in partnership with property owners. Our platform, services, full support team — and the LocalWorks brand — are available to you. Most importantly, no TI is required.
This includes:
- Backend operations, including billing and credit card payment collection; membership management; access control / security; and more.
- Marketing & Advertising services, including strategy, management, execution, and reporting to help you fill your space quickly and cost-effectively.
- Sales, tours and new member onboarding – all handled by LocalWorks.
- Membership support, including account management, online ticketing system for troubleshooting issues, internet/amenities and more.
